How do I place an order for custom invitations or announcements?
There are two ways you can order custom invitations and announcements on our site. You may fill out a custom order form for a free proof, or purchase a template design. Simply visit the appropriate category link for your purchase and make your selection. Please place your order for custom invitations or announcements at least 6 weeks in advance of your special day to ensure plenty of time for design, printing and shipping. How do I submit my photo(s) to For Always Invitations?
Please email your high resolution photo(s) to info@foralwaysinvitations.com. All photo(s) should preferably be 300dpi or higher in resolution and in one of the following formats: .jpg, .tif. We cannot use your .doc or .pdf files. Additionally, we cannot access your Kodak or other photo galleries to retrieve your photographs. It is helpful if you include the full name and email address you supplied when you ordered your photo product in your email. We automatically include free expert photo restoration/modifications with all photo card orders. We use the most advanced technologies and techniques to make your family photo look like a professional photo! Please do not edit or alter your original photographs, we will be pleased to convert your color photo to black and white, crop and modify your photo for the best result.
What is a proof?
A proof is a low resolution copy of your final printed card. We provide proofs to you via the email address you provide when you place your order. Proofs may include a watermark containing copywrite information. These watermarks will not appear in your final printed image. All proofs are the property of For Always Invitations, but you are welcome to post your proof publicly if you provide credit to For Always Invitations including a link back to http://www.foralwaysinvitations.com.
How do I return an item?
RETURN/MISPRINT POLICY: Due to
the personalized nature of our products we cannot accept returns or
give refunds once your order has shipped. You will receive a digital
proof for any paper product you order and it is your responsibility to
check for spelling, grammatical or design errors and approve the proof
before we will fulfill your order. We cannot provide a digital proof
for personalized favors, so you will be asked to verify that the
information you provided to us for your favor is correct before you can
check out. If we misprint your item after you have approved your proof
or verified that your information for your personalized favor is
correct, we will reprint or refund your purchase. We cannot be held
responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged once they leave
our office, so we require and include shipping insurance in the total
cost of your purchase. Misprinted Items:

neglect to notice an error of any kind, or make a mistake when entering
