Professional Photography/Submitting Your Photo or Artwork
When you provide your photos or artwork to For Always Invitations you assume legal ownership of your photos or artwork and authorize For Always Invitations to use your images in the manner necessary to fulfill your request for a custom designed paper product or gift. If you intend to use a photo or artwork created by a professional photographer or artist you assume responsibility for obtaining written permission from the professional photographer or artist and providing it to us at the time you submit your images. For Always Invitations will not willingly or knowingly print any professional or copywrited image or text without written consent from the artist, photographer or writer responsible for the works. For Always Invitations is not responsible for damages or liability incurred if you submit images or artwork protected under copywrite law by a professional photographer or artist.


RETURN POLICY: Due to the personalized nature of our products we cannot accept returns or give refunds once your order has shipped. You will receive a digital proof for any paper product you order and it is your responsibility to check for spelling, grammatical or design errors and approve the proof before we will fulfill your order. We cannot provide a digital proof for personalized favors, so you will be asked to verify that the information you provided to us for your favor is correct before you can check out. If we misprint your item after you have approved your proof or verified that your information for your personalized favor is correct, we will reprint or refund your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged once they leave our office, so we require and include shipping insurance in the total cost of your purchase.


Misprinted Items: If we misprint your item after you have approved your proof or verified that your information for your personalized favor is correct, we will reprint or refund your purchase total. If you review your proof and neglect to notice an error of any kind, or make a mistake when entering your information for a personalized favor, we will offer to reprint at a reduced cost. We must be advised of any discrepancies including misprints and shortages within 7 business days of receipt of order.

Color Discrepancy:
For Always Invitations makes every effort possible to accurately display the colors of the products that appear on our site. However, as the colors on screen will vary from monitor to monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Limitation of Liability
For Always Invitations shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if For Always Invitations has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


Typographical Errors on ForAlwaysInvitations.com
In the event that a For Always Invitations product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, For Always Invitations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. For Always Invitations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, For Always Invitations will issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by For Always Invitations without notice at any time, for any reason.
